All outputs generated by the Service are automated estimations and are provided strictly for informational and indicative purposes only.

The Service does not constitute environmental certification, legal advice, engineering advice, technical consultancy, compliance verification, or professional sustainability assessment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All content, software, branding, scoring methodologies, analytical models, algorithms, calculations, benchmarks, datasets, visual elements, and related intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by GREEN-i Multimedia Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to users.

Derived Analytical Data

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in analytical outputs and derived datasets generated through the Service, including:

• Scores;
• Grades;
• Carbon estimations;
• Hosting classifications;
• Performance metrics;
• Benchmarking insights; and
• Aggregated or anonymised analytical datasets.

The Company may use, analyse, aggregate, benchmark, commercialise, publish, licence, and develop products or insights based on such derived analytical data for lawful business purposes, including sustainability intelligence, research, reporting, product improvement, and commercial analytics.

Licence Grant

By submitting a URL to the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, analyse, store, and use the submitted data and generated analytical results for operation and improvement of the Service and related business purposes.

This licence survives termination of these Terms solely to the extent necessary for lawful operational, research, archival, benchmarking, or analytical purposes.

7. Third-Party Data Sources

The Service may rely on third-party providers, APIs, databases, and publicly accessible information sources.

We do not guarantee:

• accuracy,
• completeness,
• availability,
• timeliness, or
• reliability

of any third-party data.

8. Email Features

Use of the Service does not constitute environmental certification, endorsement, accreditation, regulatory approval, or verification by the Company.

Users may not represent generated scores, grades, or outputs as official certifications unless expressly authorised in writing by the Company.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• merchantability,
• fitness for a particular purpose,
• accuracy,
• non-infringement,
• availability, or
• reliability.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided free of charge for general informational and benchmarking purposes only and is used entirely at your own risk.

All scores, grades, carbon estimates, recommendations, reports, analytics, benchmarks, and related outputs generated by the Service are automated estimations based on publicly available information, third-party data sources, and internal analytical methodologies. Such outputs are provided for indicative purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, certification, verification, guarantee, or endorsement of any website, organisation, or environmental claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GREEN-i Multimedia Sdn. Bhd., its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, claim, cost, or expense arising from or related to:

• use of or inability to use the Service;
• reliance on any analysis, score, grade, recommendation, benchmark, or output;
• inaccuracies, omissions, delays, interruptions, or errors in the Service;
• changes to methodologies, scoring models, or third-party data sources;
• website optimisation, SEO, sustainability, hosting, compliance, technical, operational, or business decisions made based on the Service outputs;
• reputational, commercial, or financial impacts associated with benchmarking or publication of analytical results; or
• any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data.

The Company does not warrant that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• any output will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any specific purpose; or
• use of the Service will achieve any particular environmental, sustainability, SEO, technical, compliance, or business outcome.

As the Service is provided free of charge, you acknowledge that the Company's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.
